Why Haven't I heard of Low Testosterone?
Although up to 13 million men in the United States are affected by low testosterone, few are treated. In fact, it is estimated that only 10% of men with Low T receive treatment.
Because the symptoms of Low T are often similar to those caused by other conditions, such as depression, doctors may not measure a man's testosterone levels to see if they are low. Also, men with Low T may simply blame their symptoms on "getting older."
